Not Great Literature... But...

Over the past couple television seasons, I have become enamored of ABC's Castle, starring Nathan Fillion. He's adorable. Hilarious. So easy to watch...

(This prompted me (along with my friend Sarah) to watch Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, and being watching (through the help of my friends Jon & Christin) Firefly.)

Imagine my delight when my roommate brought home this surprise from the library:

Hilarious, right?
(And, yes, I totally read it. In 2 hours.)

Haha! The "not great literature" that I'm currently addicted to (or have become re-addicted to, since the original addiction started last summer) is Jane Green. Have you read any of her books? Such great summer fluff reading.

Oh, and also Nicholas Sparks. I just read my first two of his this past month. There were some tears.

Sam and I are both addicted to Castle and I've seriously thought about reading Heat Wave. I think I'll have to find it at the library now. :)

Accept, O Lord, my thanks and praise for all that you have done for me. I thank you for the splendor of the whole creation, for the beauty of this world, for the wonder of life, and for the mystery of love. Above all, I thank you for your Son Jesus Christ; for the truth of His Word and the example of his life; for his steadfast obedience, by which he overcame death; and for his rising to life again, in which we are raised to the life of your kingdom. Amen.
